We offer rhodium plating for a small fee, depending on the item the fee may increase. For example larger items like chains and bracelets will use more rhodium than a ring.

If you purchase anything from us and smaller stones come loose and fall out we will replace them free of charge whether you have the stone or not. If a center or large stone comes loose and falls out you will not be charged to re-set the stone, if you lose the large stone you will only be charged for the price of the replacement stone

We can fix and repair most things up to a certain point, to be sure, you may either book an appointment to come show it to us or send us a few photos and we can give you an estimate.

We offer ring resizing for a small fee, the fee may increase depending on the resize. For example when sizing a ring up past a certain point new material needs to be added to make it larger. This material fee plus the labor would make up the resizing fee.

If you have some jewelry in need of some cleaning we have an ultrasonic cleaner that can be used free of charge.

This is not done on site but we offer CAD Modelling for any jewelry pieces, rings, pendants, etc. This is included when purchasing any custom jewelry.

A model on its own will cost about 50$ depending on the complexity of the model, your input will be taken throughout the process. 

For silver rings, we will charge $30-$50 for a new mount depending on the setting, we will take the old stone and place it into your new mount free of charge, you will only pay for the new mount.

For gold rings please contact us as the cost will vary due to a few different factors.
