Qakare Engagement Ring & Wedding Band Warranty

Thank you for your interest in our products and services! This 1-Year Warranty applies exclusively to Engagement Rings purchased from Qakare. You can continually extend your warranty at no extra cost for an additional 6 months by bringing your ring in for a professional inspection every 6 months after your first year.

What does this warranty cover?

This warranty covers routine maintenance and minor repairs for rings under normal use during the Warranty Period. Covered services include:

• Polishing and cleaning

• Minor repairs, such as fixing bent prongs

• Buffing out scratched bands

• Replacement of fallen pavé or small side stones (only covers stones up to 0.3ct)

During the Warranty Period, we will repair products or parts of a product. Depending on the severity of the damage and the materials required (e.g., repairing a broken/missing prong or replacing several missing stones), additional charges may apply.

How long does the coverage last?

The standard warranty lasts for 1 Year from the date of purchase.

Ongoing Extension Policy: You can continually extend your warranty at no extra cost for an additional 6 months by bringing your ring in for inspection every 6 months after the first year. (Note: Missing a scheduled 6-month inspection will void the ongoing warranty extension).

What does this warranty not cover?

• Shipping: Our warranty does not cover transit or shipping costs back and forth for warranty matters.

• Center Stones & Stones Over 0.3ct: Replacement of any center stone, or any individual side stone larger than 0.3ct, is explicitly not covered. We highly recommend obtaining independent jewelry insurance to cover the loss or damage of larger stones.

• Major Repairs & Modifications: Large and complex repairs and applying a new coat of rhodium are not included.

• Resizing: Ring resizing is not covered under the warranty, but this service is available for a fee of $100 for gold rings and $120 for platinum rings.

• Third-Party Work: Any maintenance, resizing, or repair performed by a jeweler other than Qakare will instantly void this warranty.

• Abnormal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals, heavy lifting, or physical trauma is not considered normal use and is excluded from coverage.
